health questions thread (apart from body building exercise fitness)

I am living in UK from last 15 years so it was not because of poor hygiene and this issues developed recently in last 4/5 years. even when I was in Pakistan I hardly ate anything from outside as always ate healthy home cooked food though was spicy.. I did not went to doctor earlier for acid reflux because of which got complication ..Yes they checked the sample during endoscopy and find no sign of abnormal cells yet and will keep monitoring in future
Its even common in UK and USA ..eradication therapy should be standard in UK۔ i just said its not feasible in Pakistan unless you opt never to eat from outside

Brother, you ever heard of a food diary? Basically take note of what you are eating and the things that make you bloated.. Just cut them out. Cut out sodas, chewing gum and other things that increase air into your stomach and subsequently intestine..

Most of times yes..its recommended for foreigners when they travel to Pakistan ..there simply isnt a hygiene culture in Pakistan


You need to change bloating to weight gain lol

Decrease your carbs take out wheat milk and rice add proteins like meat & fish

Lol, I understand man. You know what I really love? Home made samosas and Lahori nashta....

Anyway, Look into intermittent fasting, you know that Calorie restriction is the only way to prolong Life. In animal models restriction of calories is the only way to prolong life.
 
But an overwhelming amount of anecdotal evidence is out there. I believe it is good even from Islamic perspective because you are trying to give up an evil act.

Anyways, I just feel like a lot of weight is sitting on my head, stress, hair fall and no interest towards the activities of the bed room and in women in general.

I feel like the problem is related to my brain/nervous system and related to elevated cholesterol.

Also I've found honey to be a major help. It's a mild aphrodisiac. And a good nourishment source. And it's sunnah compliant. It's awesome.

Im Lahori and boy do I run away from Lahori nashta especially puri halwa. Naan chana is okay. God I miss till waley kulchey cuz I can't get any in US
 
Intermittent fasting is good provided no over eating afterwards ..otherwise its more harmful due to overeating at the end with higher insulin release and resulting obesity
I have been on intermittent fasting for an year and initially I combined with low carb, partial keto and that helped me jump start however keto got my cholesterol up because I was taking a lot of fats so finding a balance is important. Intermittent fasting is very good for diabetes when it starts or in pre diabetic stage. Once on medication need supervision to carry on with intermittent fasting.
Search on you tube Dr Jason Fung intermittent fasting and watch his videos. He is a nephrologist and an avid fan of intermittent fasting.
 
Medicinal sunnah and things it recommends is great for human health. Oilive and its oils, honey, barley grains, vinegar, not chasing luxurious/heavy foods etc etc
