Hamza Ali Abbasi Praises Naila Jaffri's Patriotism

If there is one celebrity who has attained our utmost respect, it's Hamza Ali Abbasi, who does not shy away from speaking the truth be it about Kashmir, Charlie Hebdo or appreciating efforts to stand up for Pakistan. The much loved actor recently took to social media to post a message praising the veteran actress Naila Jaffri, who is undergoing chemotherapy for the last stages of her cancer. She took a firm stand and refused government aid despite being in dire need of it, all because our Prime Minister bended rules for an Indian tycoon.
In his statement, Abbasi mentions the amount of respect he has for her. For the love of her country she refuses to take financial aid from the government as a form of protest over the decision of allowing Sajjan Jindal to visit Pakistan with a no-police-inquiry visa.

Abbasi is also an active member of Pakistan Tehreek Insaaf (PTI), and so the statement came as no surprise for us, since he's known to speak his mind whether it involves the government or not.

Quite vocal against India for their involvement in Kashmir, Abbasi also mentioned how Nawaz Sharif had allowed the Indian tycoon full protocol in Murree without the valid visa, while Indian RAW is shedding blood in proxy wars in Pakistan.

Talking to a leading newspaper, Jaffri had said earlier,
"I cannot accept a dime from the government that entertains people from the very country that has been plotting against us, our interests and our people.”
The actress was all set to receive a Rs 500,000 cheque from the government which she refused to accept. Her statement along with Abbasi's, proves money has no value over self respect of a country.
