I could not find the exact video to share ,However here are the excerpts from yesterday night Talk show, where Hamid Mir said that before the Indian Foreign sec's will meet, Indian Intelligence and ISI chief have met already, and they will meet again in another country some time soon. So that India has a buy in from the right stake holder.
Sounds like out of court settlement , W/O media involvement.
