Guys please help me in selecting a university

Hi I have done my A-levels and now i want to select a university, the following is where I have got admission:

Canada:
Concordia University in Montreal for mechanical engineering
University of Waterloo in Dubai Campus for Chemical Engineering
ting

United Kingdom: (although these are conditional but I am very hopeful in getting in)
University College London for engineering with business finance
University of Manchester for Mechanical Engineering with Management.
and Mechatronic Engineering

Pakistan:
IBA for BBA/BCS

I'd say go for University College London just based on it's reputation and it being located in London. I don't know too much about the universities in the UK and Canada other than Waterloo though so take my opinion for what it is.

I know that UCL is the topish ranked in my choices but the economic situation in UK and europe as a whole is the thing that is stopping me, and this thing will stay for the foreseeable future, one other factor is UK visa policy, they just give you for your study term after that you must come back. I want to do job there as well. Also are the UCL graduates more comfortable than others in getting jobs after graduations.
