Since im one arrogant bastard i saw my reflection in a car during my daily cardio routine while jogging and had to make a picture

Im quite sure i have the best build within a 200km radius. :D

@Kaptaan @Desert Fox @TurkeyForever @Nilgiri

@HannibalBarca you see i have the perfect equipment to hunt unwanted illegals out of Lucca :D

Car mirrors are usually curved and thus give off Carnival mirror effect(below an exaggerated example).

Plus Internet is not a good place to look for validation on bodybuilding. You might end up juicing yourself. Good luck and be safe in your body building endeavors.

What is the point of this thread? That's a poor picture, it's distorted and your legs are covered. It doesn't also help that you're obviously jogging which causes more blood to pump into your muscle which gives the impression that you have bigger muscles. It's called the 'pump' and bodybuilders and instagram douches use it to look bigger but it's all smoke and mirrors because after an hour you'll be flat again.

I only go to the gym 1 or 2 times a week now, never do legs because I do so much running and walking an I have 15.75 inch calfs. I'm far from looking like I'm anything special because I'm natural and have average genetics but I also don't need validation over the Internet.

From my own exprience bicycling long distances fast will give you amazing legs, I did that when I was younger and my legs got crazy strong. I would do it for hours daily.

Looking good. Keep up the good work. :tup:

I used to workout like 4-5 days a week and lift heavy. Stopped doing it because too much time and energy needs to go into this stuff. Not to mention you gotta eat tons and tons of calories and carry meals with you everywhere and frankly that's annoying. Now I just workout twice a week.

I follow a 6 day routine with one day rest day. Yes its annoying sometimes but also burns down stress. My daily training routine is 2h training + 1h cardio.

On leg day i pretty much do as much until i almost start to vomit :D

The down is the meal preperation i agree. I usually prepare for entire day and carry it in my bag with me.
