Boss, they are very much ready and already 3 sdqr flying and fourth in production. China is second in the world having fifth Gen. Regarding its non stealthy, even US failed to detect them in their Radar and they were surprises to see them flying (https://www.wsj.com/articles/SB10001424052748704428004576075042571461586).
Regarding your lacks 5th generation EW suites and sensors claim, so nor US neither any Western have enter on it to judge them properly, so I will considered that a western propaganda and nothing more.
