چیف جسٹس کی سربراہی میں سپریم کورٹ پشاور رجسٹری میں اسپتالوں کے فضلے سے متعلق کیس کی سماعت ہوئی، سماعت شروع ہوتے ہی بینچ ٹوٹ گیا۔



چیف جسٹس کی سربراہی میں سپریم کورٹ پشاور رجسٹری میں اسپتالوں کے فضلے سے متعلق کیس کی سماعت ہوئی ، کیس کی سماعت شروع ہوتے ہی جسٹس فائزعیسیٰ نے چیف جسٹس پر اعتراض اٹھادیا۔



جسٹس فائز کا کہنا تھا کہ آپ ہیومن رائٹس سے متعلق امور کی سماعت نہیں کرسکتے، چیف جسٹس آرٹیکل ایک سو چوراسی کے تحت انسانی حقوق سے متعلق امور کی سماعت نہیں کرسکتے، جسٹس فائزعیسیٰ کے اعتراض پر سماعت کرنے والا بینچ ٹوٹ گیا۔



جس کے بعد چیف جسٹس نے ریمارکس دیئے کہ اس معاملے پر اختلاف ہے، اس لیے دوبارہ بینچ بنائیں گے۔

جس کے بعد چیف جسٹس نے ریمارکس دیئے کہ اس معاملے پر اختلاف ہے، اس لیے دوبارہ بینچ بنائیں گے۔

Case of Paa ji's elevation has already been thrown out.. woh tu ek ih hearing main farigh hogaya tha...

I hope Paa ji isnt able to get support from other judges in SC..except a few..whom we already know.. maybe 2 or 3 other judges max....

But inn ki koshish poori hogi....ke ye revolt karein...
