«SCA will demonstrate the liner with a serial number of 95005 in six countries: Kazakhstan, Pakistan, Indonesia, Vietnam, Laos and Myanmar. The jet has a two-class cabin configuration, which allows the customers, interested parties, government representatives and journalists to appreciate the unmatched comfort level of this regional liner. Over 200 thousand passengers of Aeroflot and Armavia already had a chance to experience it. The jet will be demonstrated at the static display and it will also perform demonstration flights for the guests and journalists in each of the six countries», - the company noted.
The first stop is Astana, the capital of Kazakhstan, where the jet will be demonstrated on May 3rd in the network of KADEX-2012 international show. The jet will arrive at Karachi, the largest city of Pakistan, on May 5th. The jet will be demonstrated in Naypyidaw (Myanmar) on May 7th. Two days later the jet will land at Jakarta, the capital of Indonesia. The demonstration of SSJ 100 will take place in Vientiane, the main city of Laos on May 11th. The roadshow will finish in Hanoi, the capital of Vietnam on May 14th. During the tour the SSJ100 aircraft will be piloted by: captain, SCAs test-pilot, Alexander Yablontsev, and co-pilot, SCAs test-pilot, Alexander Kochetkov. The total distance of the jets tour is 15510 km (8375 nautical miles).
Sukhoi Superjet 100 liners are intended for transportation of 98 passengers and have some technical and economic advantages, which allow competing with the worlds leading manufacturers of regional jets.
