Lol your minister itself visited delhi 3 years back and made the comment that lahore should be developed like delhi.

It is easier said than done.

40k of mixed electricity with significant chunk going to Hydro and Nuclear means we would need 80-120 billion dollars worth of investment to fulfil this dream.

Pakistan's energy demands are forcefully contained and if allowed to grow at natural pace it would easily consume electricity over 100.000 mw. So yes we need massive investment in energy sector but our economy is too weak to kick start most of the projects on its own.

Well i was renting an apartment in Scotland and police raided a two bedroom flat in the same building. There were 15 people staying there. They told police that they were Pakistanis but when asked for documents everyone turned out to be indian. I dont know the reasons but if i had to guess they wanted to humiliate pakistanis by labeling themselves as such. Now that is what we call obsession.

the key projects are hydro projects
so far despite funding dasu hasnt been touch
mean while bhasha has no funding for this year
and bunji, even the pc1 is not ready.

all projects listed were either started by previous govt or financially closed by them, expect a few including dasu. Some pure thermal private projects that have become possible due to Chinese banks opening up for pakistan.

so far it seems it will be built the same way how bhasha dam was built; inaugurated by every govt for point scoring. LETS HOPE THAT I AM WRONG

infact some dams were completed couple of years back!

i hope the current govt doesnt start mentioning whole tarbela dam(built in 60s) and warsak dam(built in 1930s) or katzara dam( not even on paper yet)

I am Punjabi but I have no problem with other provinces getting more .

then keep your problems to yourself and by the way check the projects again there are many many stuff that other provinces are going to get from CPEC

We have been hearing each successive government announcing gazillion MW projects. Most never start and few are ever completed. Just report/post what has started production all else is just junk news !!!
