Govt should seek civil nuclear technology

We have four nuclear reactors of small capacity and one of 1000MW is in the pipe line. China rockx..

I think China can provide it as there is no law prohibiting it. US won't as many people will go against it. Its better to acquire this technology from China rather than waiting for US. And China will do this quickly if asked.
