Dar 2.0 with deficit spending for political gains

Spending is not bad as long ss you can afford it

I said debt isnt bad as long as ROI is 7-10%

Problem of pakistan has been spending without planning(look at orange train & lahore BRT vs pesh & karachi BRT/KCR: no study vs well studied )
Also spending so much that CAD goes out of control and no steps to curb it
