As per insiders, a number of private TV channels will be closed within couple of years, specially the ones who have been taking money from outside to spread negativity in Pakistan. I find GEO and DAWN may be the first few media heads that will roll.

Isin't it wonderful that pretty much every anti-Pakistan fraction has been either defeated or defanged without a noise? I mean literally Pakistan is running out of enemies within.

I suggest one thing.. One nation needs a lot of moral education. I wouldn't mind if arts institutes/ colleges are given tasks to make short interesting 5 mins clips on moral education and run in the prime time on all the popular channels.. And all the schools should be instructed to ask questions on the previous day's clips to check if children/ students are watching these.. This moral education marks should be part of the quarterly and annual assessments to decide their final grades..

I won't even mind spending 100s of billions of rupees if there is a little chance that our generation will not be morally corrupt.. Channels will be happy as well..

Some of the topic I already have in mind such as:

1 - Importance of following traffic rules.. a clip showing an ambulance stuck in traffic due to people parking up to the second lane of a three lane road.. and a punch line in the end "AAP KAISA MEHSOOS KARAIN GE AGAR ISS AMBULANCE MAIN AAP KA KOI QAREEBI AZEEZ HO".. another one is people driving in the opposite direction
and hitting someone head on.. or hitting children crossing on a zebra crossing to go to school..

2 - Creating hate against bribery.. something like a person suffering from a fatal disease and thinking that whatever he earned illegally is being spent on his treatment and he loses all his earning and dies thinking that the next life will be even more painful because he stashed wealth illegally.. or someone asking bribe from a citizen to do something and the next day he is encountering someone in a government hospital to approve something but he has to pay the bribe to do that.. and the circle goes on.. something like that..

3 - Adulteration.. like people suffering from fatal diseases because of that.. and eventually, a very dear one of the person who mixes other things in the original product also suffers from a deadly disease and dies..

4 - Cleanliness.. a man throwing a banana peel on a road and his own father slips and suffers a broken bone.. Before and after images of a street that has been cleaned..

I have so many ideas.. and this will really help in installing some morality in our next generation.. the current one is just hopeless.. and the children who are in their homes are also being brought up with the same standards as their elders...

Agree with you, your points are very valid, the culture of driving and cleaness needs to change by enacting strict laws, most of the drivers don't have a valid vehicle license, hence they dont know any of the driving rules.

Most of the public don't care about trash.
Throw the trash any where, choose as they please, the short cut culture needs to come to an end.

This is most successful strategy of previous government. The mainstream media is only watched in big cities.. But these local news channels are up and running and watched by millions . They have viewership. And so they have anchors, among which you cannot diffrenciate who is pmln representative or anchor.
