Shah sb things attached with 18th amendment like what they harp day and night on TV are a revolutionary step. As the power of federal bureaucracy and politicians has largely been reduced but the problem lies with chief ministers not wiring those benefits to the districts. Which is achievable if this regime herself reinstate local bodies govts or if Marshall law is declared as Pakistani generals directly want to be in touch with the people but then it has its own repercussions as well.
