Going to Bangladesh for a business trip... need some tips

Well i'm headed to Dhaka next week with 5 meetings crammed into barely 2 days. Since this is my first trip i was wondering if someone can tell me what is the traffic situation, if i have to take a taxi do the drivers understand Urdu/English, what is the general taxi fare, how big is the city, what are the food prices. I'll be staying at Royal Park hotel so anything fun to do in the vicinity + anything else i need to know/be careful about?

first advice, dont tell you are from pakistan, or speak anything about pakistan
dont speak urdu with them
there is very much racism dont even mention that you are from punjab
dhaka is much more congested because bangladesh is smaller size then pakistan but it has the same population as us, thus densily populated city
