Not in Egypt but they most certainly will in Libya. Otherwise, the corridor they built between Libya and Turkey will go to waste.

The purpose of the corridor is to prevent Greece and other South European nations from contructing the eastmed pipeline project.

Turkey knows Egypt is on their side and is willing to share their maritime right with Greece and their partners so they can build the pipeline which means if the Turks lose Libya and Egypt has the upper hand then it puts Turkey at risk at losing their maritime right in the future and will cause a whole of problems in the eastern Mediterannean sea.

Gonna say it in a simple way, if egypt crosses the border everyone who wears egyptian coat at arms will be legitimate target for the Turkish State. All Turkish Mediterranean depends on this, there will be no mercy from us.

Everyone will lose in a conflict. I think Turkish military know that. Erdoğan has not made any statements that he will target Egyptian forces?
