It depends on what they can afford. He who can afford roti eats roti, those who can afford toast, biscuits, noodles, burgers - they eat those too.

There are some who can afford steak, they'll eat steak too.

I do think the majority of people eat roti multiple times a week.

I agree, for rural people or poor people roti is consumed 3 times a day.
I like the taste of roti.. especially the handmade in home.
Bhai jee, look at the economic class of the esteemed member. This is true for urban Middle class or upper class folk.

For working class or people in rural background the other case is true.

I myself have an office job, I try to have catb free meals. My cousin is a builder, he eats roti twice a day, if he can.

It will change with time I think. In the UK people eat cuisine from all over the world. I really enjoyed Tangine in Morocco.

Tajine you mean.. yeah I love it.. I have had my own recipe of lamb with plums, honey and almond.. cooked in tajine for 45 minutes at low heat.

I thought they eat something healthy I think homemade roti is much better than toast biscuits noodles etc
Carbohydrates like wheat rice sugar etc should be eaten moderately
