Any change of status for GB and AJK should be done transparently by involving UN. Held a referendum in the presence and monitoring of UN so that it will not become a subject of discussion in future.

For FATA there should be a proper jirga and all the tribal elders should be involved, they have to support any new status else it will be seen as an enforcement on them.
