All that time Abdullah was winning. But i always prayed that Ashraf Ghani secure the victory as he is an educated person.
And Abdullah Abdullah from the same old corrupt politicians

.
Congratulations to Ashraf Ghani sb. I hope he ushers Afghanistan into a new era of peace, growth, and stability. I also hope that the two brotherly countries - Afghanistan and Pakistan can settle their differences in an amicable and mutually beneficial way.

Pak - Afghan Dosti Zindabad.

Ghani ahead on preliminary Afghan election results

Kabul (AFP) - Former World Bank economist Ashraf Ghani won Afghanistan's presidential election, according to preliminary results released on Monday, with 56 percent of the run-off vote to Abdullah Abdullah's 44 percent.

Election officials said the turnout was over eight million in the June 14 vote, far higher than expected, and a figure likely to trigger further allegations of fraud from both sides.

Rigging happened in both countries... We both should fight against corrupt system and kick out this fake government. This is not called democracy..... I can see dark future of both countries.
I wish that i am wrong.

Ashraf Ghani is a very pure person with great ambitions, and I don't believe that he cheated in this Election. Although it is clear that some people with no connection to Ashraf Ghani cheated on his behalf, because they feared that Abdullah x2 would win, because he himself ordered his followers to cheat.

In the End i believe in democracy as the right way forward, but it will take time to eliminate corruption, and rigging but what it brings of good to the people is far greater than the negative sides.

Please don't derail the thread, I'm sure Afghans don't care much for Molvi Tuq-a-Tuq

On topic: Has Abdullah Abdullah accepted the result?

Partly, they will now in the coming time check 7000 polling station trough for rigging, and the result afterwards will be accepted by him.

Although democracy has spoken and even though he don't accept it, he is the loser.
