Wud love to hear that video if anyone can post it here. Nonetheless many of my Pakistani friends from Peshawar speak Persian so fluently that many in Afghanistan cant speak so. He might have been living in Pakistan as refugee, chances of that can not be ruled out.

Pakistan North Western belt speak both Persian/pashto. Persian/Baluchi. Plus, for decades these Afghan apply for foreign refugee status through UN offices inside Pakistani territory. Blaming Pakistan is totally baseless. And Germany knows it very well.

What Pakistan had done to stop terrorism on the past decade, is more than India will ever do in the next 50-60 years. Had Pakistan not engaged TTP and other groups, the recruitment pool for IS inspired attacks would be massive. Especially as both the groups have declared an alliance. Know your geo-politics.

Nobody forges Pakistani passports to get an asylum because Pakistanis are by default deported and rejected,like people from Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, everybody wants to forge a Syrian, Iraqi or Afghan passport because that way their claims are mostly positive or least they are processed based on humanitarian grounds.

Not sure if you speak German, but local German media is reporting the same.

What is Pakistani accent? Guy was speaking pashto and identified as afghani. As far as influence goes then practically vast majority of afghani pashtuns are influenced by Pakistan, no need to explain why.
