I remember US and the rest of NATO and EU were so conscious to the well being of the Libyan people that they bombed Gaddafi for saving them. They were so conscious of freeing Iraqis from the "evil" Saddam that they invaded Iraq by using depleted uranium on cities (civilian areas), and they are so conscious about the Syrian people from the threat of Assad that they financed and trained rebels to fight him.

I wonder where that conscious has gone now!

So, you create a power vacuum, give weapons to those who it shouldn't be given to and say it's their fault.
