Its impossible. For any reforms, you need to amend constitutions. For that you need 75% of the votes. If by some chance the reforms get passed from NA, and senate, they can be struck down by the courts. The courts are untouchable. The only way to fix this mess, suspended the constitutions, and lock all the judges, then make a new fresh one. Something the Musharraf tried to do.
