It would be wrong to assume person hasn't watched whole movie...Maybe he wanted to portray Gen. Raheel as cool and no fuk attitude...he quite succeeded in it...

He altered the roles in his trailer, showing Modi in bad light and Gen. Raheel in badass attitude...As he is coming for Modi as a chief of military alliance....so modi better sort his policies out
