If Paksitans Generals took their job in the army as seriously as being paid showmen on TV, Pakistanis would have been a lot better off.

Soldiers should stick to what they are supposed to do, soldiering, rather than being paid entertainers.

They are the most privileged Generals in the world. General bunna ho toh Pak army ka General bano. There is no limit to scope in Pakistan for a General. PA is not just a military force, it's a commercial conglomerate too. Once retired...they can pick n choose a role they fancy either in the Government or outside of it. Heck..they even ran PCB for sometime during Musharraf's regime.
