..Kenya!! Yes,it is. Using a range of metrics from science & tech,culture,intel peace & security,world order and prosperity and equality every nation was measured as to its contribution to the Global Good.
It may surprise many to know Kenya punches wayyyy above its weight internationally as this extremely interesting under reported study shows. Compiled by multiple international institutions including the World Bank,Basel Convention and the UN it quantifies the top 30 nations contributions to the 'Global Good.'

IMO,shouldn't India be at least in the top 3? Bollywood/Bangalore/space launch/successful airspace industry? Anyway,soft power,the peaceful projection of the national ethos is often overlooked -IIRC, McDonalds wasn't globalised by supercarriers!
