Not really, the list is based on Indian delusions..China and Turkey are co-operating on defence and Germany-China are jointly exploring space. The west came to "efficient" China long before it knew about the slums of Dharvi!

So I should say India is bigger friend of China than Pakistan because India China trade nearly $80 billion, whereas Pakistan trade is only $6-7 billion with China...

You can add myanmar to that list as well. China doesn't interfere in their internal politics & backs them to the hilt if others try to interfere. How good or bad those regimes treat their own people.. doesn't bother China as long as it's own interest is safeguarded & that's why the leaders of those countries feel safe being allied with China.
