Every road, bridge construction needs loans or aids and kickbacks/bribery with.
If Afghanistan sticks with this system then they can build a lot more with the money they have.

Civilians ki koi auqat nahi hai to block anything. Are you not aware of how easily sepoys locked up 10K PTI workers extra judicially over some trivial $hit. Even if they did fraction of that against the bloody civilians being impediment to projects of national and strategic natute, we'd be a developed country by now. But sepoys will never do that...

this isnt corp commander planning, but PMLN planning. promised a high rate of return, capacity payments, and linking all of it to dollar. not setting up industries to absorb the extra production, and to export and earn dollars. no upgradation of transmission and distribution system, no reduction of theft and line-losses. this was bound to happen.
