Well too many to list...but everybody on the planet can thank an American for all those shots you got in your arm as a kid so you wouldn’t die. You can feel safe traveling the world without fear of catching something deadly. That was a severe problem not long ago. Some people getting off boats used to be quarantined. Now it’s jump on a plane with your little kids and visit a bunch of continents like it was nothing.
