Mine ideas are unique i dont want to share the details with people even the so called agency ... I have already have experience of running a business in India for 5 years ... but at last stage due to slow down I had to shutdown ...

that time I was too young and too generous... now i am more prepared to take hard decisions with clearer thoughts and with multiple backup plans for every worst case situation which I am planning for 2 years... hope new government policies help me ... And I am targeting domestic market no plan for export oriented things...

yep unfortunately land/property prices are already too much for normal Gujaratis.
we have 3 flares in tier 3 Indian city (9th cleanest city in india ) each with 30-35 lack pricetag
