Forum Moderators/Administrators have thankless job we should all appreciate

Since 911 I am, was, and am still in many instances active on severalWar on Terrorism Forums on the Internet.

It is clear to me that the PDF Moderators/Administrators in most cases work gratis, free, as volunteers to keep us all in line to the extent necessary.

I for one want to thank all PDF Moderators/Administrators as they have a generally thankless, unpaid, very time and energy consuming tasking which many PDF users/Members should appreciate and thank often.

Moderators are doing a good and fair job here. If you report any unreasonable post, they take action against the poster. But there are countless number rude, false information, and abusive posts about my contry and people that i dont bother to report them anymore--which one to report first? Although the work of admin/mods are much appreciated, they are fair and balanced people.

I think mods and admins of this forum are talent, right and balanced.

If the leaders of Pakistan would be like the mods and admins here, then PK would be in very good condition and successful now. So the mods in here should try politics for their country.

That is why defence.pk is under World Defence Network now, I think. Going through this World Defence Network anyone will meet all kinds of Mods from different countries. No non-pakistani mod in defence.pk is actually needed, I think.

me for one thinks, this opportunity is being misused, its more occupied by liberals, and admins prefer/favour these mentality, but anyways, this forum is more neutral than others, cheers for that

Mods doing a great job here. My only complain is they sometimes post their views on some threads. Most of the mods are liberal and hence their posts are good to read. But I would not like them to post anything. (just for the sake of neutrality). Sometimes they cant stop themselves from jumping into a debate. It is like an umpire feeling to bowl a few balls.

I've had my differences, but the mods and administrators are generally good guys, and getting better. There's some griping about their being liberal; hey, that's a crime nowadays? I wish they'd be a little more liberal, BUT crack down harder on trolls and bigots (no, that's not contradictory). Can't complain, though.

Nothing wrong with that UNLESS they then proceed to get into their MOD role. If someone participates, he/she strictly should leave it to another colleague to moderate. Who umpires a game of polo? Players who aren't playing that match.
