Well, I don’t take the Kurdish/Yazidi crying seriously. Local Arabs have suffered more from the conflicts since 2003 but since the European fears the Arab and it has been ingrained in him that Arabs are dangerous, including century long Arab rule in Spain, Portugal, Italy, Greece, Cyprus, Malta, presence elsewhere (France) and Arabs being the largest Muslim group in Europe, Arabs are not media darlings like the Kurdish who not long ago commited genocide (against our Assyrian cousins) and crimes against Arabs in Iraq and Syria when locals were at their weakest and already fighitng another war. Anyway they will be flooded by Arabs and that is already the case. KRG should be abolished alongside that imaginary entity in Syria. Those are not Kurdish lands. No such thing in Syria and Iraq. Normal Kurds are no problem. I am takling about the problematic ones that are enemies as they are hostile and a huge burden on every front.

We should not forget who the dominant power is in the region and has been historically. A few civil wars is not going to change that.

We still control the by far largest landmass the size of Russia spanning from the Atlantic to the Arabian Sea, we still have the BY FAR largest population that is also growing quicker than anybody else in the region, the by far largest economies (combined), by far the most natural resources and minerals, extremely strategic location and control/border some of the most important sea trade routes, an ancient history that nobody can compete with, the most profound and influential imperial past in the region, largest empires, most influential, most influential and most widely spoken regional language by far that has influenced every language in the Muslim World, the Islamic heritage second to none, Makkah, Madinah, Al-Quds, Karbala, Najaf etc. Enormous unfullfiled potential.

We tend to focus on the recent negatives (2-3 civil wars) but when you think about it we have been truly blessed historically speaking. Trash establishments will eventually collapase as well. It will not be pretty but necessary to further advance and remove some of the artificial borders (physical and invincible).

That guy who quoted my post is obviously not aware of Islamic history or the fact that Arab presence in Europe predates that of Turks by many centuries and that the Arab presence in Europe lasted longer. Almost 800 years in Spain alone which is one of the largest, most populous and influential countries in Europe. We left a huge legacy across Southern Europe and influenced the architecture, cuisine, agriculture, science, engineering, art, music etc. greatly. Aside from leaving our DNA.
