Why dont just declasify and publish the exact cipher and let the people decide what it means. The most funny part, establishment pass this bill through 60 members of Parliament of Shahbaz Sharif few months ago ..imagine 60 out of 360 parliament. But cipher is much older then recently forced pass bill from the minority of the minority parliament...... lollll ........so IK case docent qualify for hearing in court. If establishment want they can take it to military court .... no question ask , do whatever they want to do .
