• There should be a ban on Issuance of Travel Passport provided Taxes are not filed

• There should be ban on Property Purchase or Exchange if Taxes are not filed

• There should be a ban on access to Utilities if Taxes are not paid

• There should be ban on access to hospital, schools and Airports if Taxes are not filled

• Shadi Hall should only be registered for folks who have filed Taxes

• Only Tax paying Voters should be allowed to vote in elections

* Applicable to Local Pakistanis
* For Duel Citizens they should be able to pay a absentee filing for not living in Pakistan

If you have NADRA Card , and You have Property Registration system what is stopping Tax authorities to ask for Income Tax and Property Tax?


Property Tax = Should be Automatic
Income Tax = Should be filed to access (Passport , Nation ID renewal , Hospitals, Schools, Universities , Shadi Halls)

FBR is a formal institute for Pakistan's tax collection , what they say is words written in stone

When something is deducted at source , people should get a receipt or some paper trail which they submit with their tax filing in order to reap benefits of Tax Filing

When people will be prevented to Get Passport
When people will have problem to go to School , Hospitals
When people will have problem to buy property , or sell property
When people will have problem booking for shadi hall

Then people will quickly understand how to file Papers for FBR

a) Hospitals
b) Schools
c) Property Purchase or selling
d) Passport for Travel
e) Should be prevented to buy car
f) Should be prevented to Order Utilities and Cell phone
g) Shadi hall booking should be prevented in order to spread bad , DNA
h) Banks should be notified if someone has missed 3 Tax years


Services should be only open to "Tax Filing Pakistani Citizens" who have filed regularly in last 5 years
