If it is conducted for real transaction need it is of course Halal but if we buy and sell Forex just for the sake of speculation I think it is already in the gray area or Makruh in Islamic term. Just my opinion.

i have read that if forex trade doesnt involve interests or interest rates its halaal, speculation is not gambling which is the one prohibited in islam.

Careful with what you choose , trading is not for everyone not everyone is blessed with a cool emotion free panic free personality.Thats the reason not everyone can become a trader doesn't matter how good training and education you get.

Your Bank is investing in the Market to create profit- No- Thats how Banks stay in business.
Just an FYI- Forex trading is not Haram according to me- As a non- Muslim, I am only responding to a few who said that it is Haram.

I think, only buying shares etc and selling is OK, sometimes you gain, some times you loose. its liek investing in any business. If I remember correctly, issue is only with fixed interest rate etc....like CC, loans, mortgages, even installment purchases (Hire Purchase). same with bank accounts with fixed % interests on certain balance.

fixed interest rates are different then investing money purely on profit and loss basis depending on market fluctuations and no % fixed.
