No according to latest figures and the other day breaking news on Pak media channels forex are a little over $7B according to state bank of Pakistan but since state bank is also corrupt my personal opinion is Forex are anywhere close to $3B..this is the same Pak govt when Pakistan total reserves were only 300m and Nation was bankrupt.
