Foreign Ministry expressed regret in connection with the beating Dutch diplomat in Moscow
The Russian side regrets the attack on the Dutch Ambassador adviser in Moscow Onno Elderenbosh and is already taking measures to arrest the perpetrators, said Russian Foreign Ministry spokesman Alexander Lukashevich.
"Moscow expresses regret at the unfortunate incident that occurred the evening of 15 October, when in his own apartment was beaten by two unidentified Minister Counsellor of the Embassy of the Netherlands in Moscow, Mr Onno Elderenbosch" - Lukashevich said, quoted by Russia's Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
According to the diplomat , " the Russian law enforcement authorities shall take all necessary measures to find and arrest the persons involved in this crime ."
He also said that Moscow was "ready to work closely with the Dutch partners for a comprehensive clarification of the circumstances of this incident ."
On Tuesday night, two men entered the home of an assistant Dutch ambassador in Moscow , beat him and left him after a heart attack and the inscription "LGBT ."
The Minister of Foreign Affairs Frans Timmermans has already said that he is waiting for clarification from the authorities of Russia . "Our people must be able to work safely in Russia , and I want assurances that the Russian authorities to take responsibility for its security" - he wrote a page in Facebook, adding that the diplomat received minor injuries and is doing well.
In connection with the incident at the Netherlands Ministry of Foreign Affairs was summoned Russian ambassador in The Hague Roman Kolodkin , and Russian investigators have opened a criminal case on the unlawful entry into a dwelling.

Seems the russians have had their revenge with netherlands who recently beat up russian diplomats.
