Pakistan had plenty of time to cancel the deal, but now it's too late. Besides, Pakistan needs the helicopters right now. The T-129 deal has not been finalized, and even it was done tomorrow, Pakistan will not receive helicopters for a few years. Until then, these Vipers will have to do.
