exactly if datis is to be believed thn this clearly shows that Chinese post is even beyond finger 4 and on the heights coming up from finger 3. either they have no idea what they are saying or they cant read map/ sat img... so the tittle of this thread is utterly misleading.

Actually, there is a difference between what the Indian Army attempted and what they have achieved. Indian media and Indian PDF members report their failures as successes.

Since August 30, Indian Army crossed the Chinese Claim Line in several offensive actions but were beaten back each time while taking casualties. These include counterattack at Helmet top / Black top and Rechin La / Rezan La.

Yesterday, they attempted to cross from finger 3 ridgeline into finger 4 ridgeline. That was blocked. Now there is a stand off with artillery pieces on the ridgelines. For a while yesterday, PLA evacuated the finger 4 plains to minimize casualties if the Indian Army escalated to artillery.

Good that the Chinese are getting a taste of their very own medicine and its a pity that frustrated Pakistani & Chinese trolls are scratching soil for months now.

Absolute complete irresponsibility and immaturity displayed by both sides here violating social distancing rules in these times of pandemic. They should opt for a safer way and use guns, artillery and drones.
