FIFA Want Football In India!

Azad I did not it, can you give a link????

hahah just type fifa elections and corruption , or bin hamn accused of bribery

It was really like Hosni Mubarak what this FIFA guy did , behind the scenes these delegates were saying we won't let this arab guy become the new FIFA head , and let him buy FIFA like he did to Qater bid

This email was actually shown to other media ppl too how biased fifa reallly is by Vice president of Fifa who was also removed ( happened to be black as well)

http://www.caughtoffside.com/2011/05/30/fifa-mohamed-bin-hammam-bought-the-2022-world-cup/

This is how it goes, Bin Hammam , became Asian Football Federation , head - the asian federation made great improvements during his time

a) He introduced donation projects for poor countries
b) He developed sperate cups for smaller nations so they can grow
c) He got a new image for Asian football
d) Introduced Champion's league in Asia , and also increased the money to 3 million for winners

Basically put - he put Asian Football on World Map

Finally he won , Qatar the world cup rights ( his home nation) this year.... pissing off Germans and English in process. Sep Blatter Announced this (Sep Blatter is hosni Mubarak)

So thinking he is on high he decided to enter his name into the race for FIFA presidency !!!!

Here the back stabbing started , suddenly in FIFA executives were sending memos to each other how much they don't want this Bin Hammam guy to be in power ( all via emails )

So FIFA head knowing that he is close to FIFA vice president as well , he got them both involved in a scandal just 4-5 days before election day.

They had this 1 jewish guy stand up with accusation against the two

a) Against Asian Federation President
b) FIFA vice president

That they bribed delegates of Oceania region in a meeting.

To which Bin Hamam stated he merely , paid for the cost of organizing meeting for delegates and he spent 300,000 USD on arrangements to give his business proposal meeting to delegates , he arranged for hotel and other accomodations so people would come hear his proposals ( which is he entitled to do so ) please remember the member of federation he invited are not rich , so they can't afford to come to hotels to listen to bin hamam

Anyhow... just 4-5 days before election day this scandal breaks out ....

FIFA executive committee - bans the Vice President , and Asian Federation head (Bin Hamam) from all soccer acitivity based on recommendation by Ethics committee

So who was in the Ethics committee ??
Well the same guys who were sending emails , claiming they hated Bin Hamam and could not stand him as being the head of FIFA.

And FIFA also stated oh we will not postpone the election dates - it will go forward as planned

And , then Sep Blatter (Hosni Mubark) came on live internet media on www.fifa.com
and he gave a live meeting with reported and he said there is no problem in fifa

Bin Hamam , on election day tried to get into Fifa building he was stopped from entering the building on grounds he was banned by ethics comittee

So there you go !!! that is FIFA for you Fair play anyone ??

What FIFA did was some what like using hand ball to prevent a 100% goal ... but ... hand balls are allowed in FIFA

India 1: 1 Qatar
india out of world cup 2012..
boys played very well though

India should depend on passing football instead of those long balls....it's looked very ugly in the away match against Qatar. Today they played much better, could have won by 3-1. A penulty saved by Qatar Goalkeeper and a good save when Jeje tried to send the ball over head. Anyway he compensated India by conceding a pathetic goal.

Actually these boys are being promoted for 2018 WC. Some are very good. Raju, Jeje , Ralte especially. They should include Rabin Singh too once he is back frm USA

Dont know why AIFF cant rope in some Indian origin footballer who are playing in Europr. Even Pakistan can do that.

There were many good Indian origin Footballers. Michale Chopra...Vikash Dorasu played world cup for France... AIFF should try to get some young guys. They will help India to go ahead in ranking and bring some interest in football.

See this guy Harmeet Singh (20) playing in Norway.. You will be proud...

The AIFF tried I think .... most of them wouldn't leave their lucrative club careers for donning India colours . National matches don't pay very well.
Michael Chopra was one of the finest strikers for his club Newcastle utd , Sunderland and others .

FIFA has lost their credibility - I do not find the word apealing its only a matter of time before this (european trickery organization is disbanded)

They steal billions from rights for sports , and spend may be 1% of development of game

Alot of non soccer people might not know

In recent Ellections , asian confederation head was about to challenge FIFA's european leader to be head of the organization , just 2 days before ellection

They accused the Asian opposition of giving bribes and they banned him for 30 days ... (long enough for him to miss the elections) !!!!

The poor arab asian organization head is fighting to clear his name he was the cheif of asian organization for football

Fifa is in a bad state. English FA is also after them after they missed the world cup so is English media. It will be very difficult for Blatter to resist. I can see FIFA changing in a few years

well this happen when you have british coach

India and Pakistan must hire spanish or brazilian coaches who will introduce passing game but we also need to build stamina. Europeans and Americans are good at it

Bro , I strongly disagree ....teams from the subcontinent like India , Pakistan , Bangladesh, SL , Maldives --dont have the required talent levels to play such sort of skillful football as the spaniards or brazilians or portugese do.

Such a policy will backfire bigtime .

THe way ahead for us , is the British/German way of strong , tall players with good physique ( for headers etc ) . And they should be given full support by the boards and govt in the form of proper nutritionists , physical training , strategy etc .

The short paas strategy works only when you have beyond par dribbling skills and the ability to exploit open gaps in seconds.

I actually agreee with Tiger Awan.... The English- German style is not suitable for us. Take the example of our U23 team that was playing yeasterday. They will eat up any team of the sub-continent of their age group but while playing against European or even the Arabs they will be in serious problem. Against tall opponents most of the long-balls will be intercepted. Even in these two matches against Qatar (Home & Away) , I have noticed more than 70% of passes went aimlessly (bit improvement in the second-half yesterday). Very seldom they played three consecutive passes properly. It is true it is required sood skill and intelligence for passing football (and of course long time to build up the co-ordination) but you need good physical structure, height, good spot jump , more speed and power all for English or German style. Unfortunately we are far behind in all these aspects. If you look for tall boys only in junior level you will have overlook 95% of the players with natural talents. Because , in major football playing states of India (WB, Goa, Kerala, Manipur, Mizoram, Maharashtra etc) average height of the players is around 5'8". If tall boys is the solution , Pakistan and Afghanistan would have ruled football in Sub-continent (thanks to their foreighn born players who are playing for them). This U23 team (most of them actually aged 20 or less) is being prepared for 2018 World Cup. They have enough time to build up co-ordination, improve their skills and fitness level. But fact is that , the passing football (that the Spanish has shown) will be the ultimate guideline for them rather than this doom doom football.

How many Indian foorballers are actually from Urban areas? Not even 1%. And BTW a standard cricket ground is much bigger than a soccer ground.
