FBI Kills Man While Questioning

Oh is that "all" they have to do??! AFAIK FBI agents are do not carry Tasers on a day-day basis. FBI agents are not some trigger happy redknecks- they are incredibly well trained and very smart law enforcement agents- IIRC you have to have a degree before joining. I'm more than confident they issued verbal commands and only used lethal force as a means of last resort.

It's all very well and good for us to judge their actions in the comfort of our homes but we weren't there and we don't know what situation faced these guys. What idiot tries to attack armed Federal agents anyway? What do you think the repercussions of such actions are going to be?

The tin-foil brigade are going to have a field day with this!

You dont know the situation?

You not going to believe your trusted BBC? They clearly said the man was unarmed.

Yeah they are trained to kill and have protection from being imprisoned over it as well.

Let's wait for more details before forming an opinion. As it stands, no one knows yet what actually happened.

A.) NO where in the report suggested that FBI arrested Ibrahim Todashev. With no arrest warrant issued the FBI will not even consider Todashev "Suspect" and hence not searching him is a rational outcome.

B.) The interview does not seems to actually happened in any Law Enforcement Premises, the incident happened outside an Apartment building as the News suggested. He could not have been in handcuff and not searched, had he not been arrested. Then concealing a knife is highly probable and doable. Things smell like cover up IF ONLY THE INCIDENT HAPPENED INSIDE A POLICE COMPLEX OR FBI FIELD OFFICE, both have metal detector.

C.) Todashev lunged the agent with a knife, what would the agent do? What would you do? Take it like a man??

The shooting is totally legit if the News Report on BBC are indeed correct. The officers and agents fired should be consider justified and this is a justifiable homicide

BBC News - Boston bomb investigators kill Florida man

Quiet ludicrous - they kill a man by shooting him in questioning because he became "violent". The FBI agent was taken to hospital for "non" life threatening injuries.

They could have CS'd him and restrained him - happens everyday in the UK but our cops/agents don't KILL.

Shows the ruthlessness of the US system.

No wonder "nature" takes its cause.

Funny how no one has posted this report here.
Reminiscent of custodial death in Kashmir.
