KAYANI’S FUTURE

Of immediate interest is how the Zardari government will balance its strong pro-U.S. stance with the military’s resolve to stop U.S. belligerence. Mr. Zardari did try to please Washington by his risky July 27 move on ISI. But now, with Gen. Kayani’s strong statements, it is fair to say that the army chief might become the new target of American’s and this government’s anger. There is a possibility that Mr. Zardari might try to replace the army chief, using powers that Mr. Musharraf left in the hands of the new president. Gen. Kayani is the last standing roadblock in Zardari government’s way to seize control of the military and spy agencies and subordinate them to U.S. policy interests in the region.

I guss, its not right how you thought about it, i was, quit a good student of islamic history, but what should, pakistan do,now..in 2008?
do, you think, that if we go war with USA, nothing will happen to us?

what, i was trying to put here, is that its not a time , when pakistan... should make another u-trun like it did back in 2002!
i, guss pakistan should wait a while, and prepare itself, militrly, economicly, socialy, we cant have any war with any 1... for now, but yes , we have to stop of being bullied by any 1....also, we need to have best of relations with CHINA, RUSSIA, IRAN, better than USA!!!

My friend, I fully agree with u.
I believe the motive is to prompt a war, so we should refrain towing enemy lines when it serve their objective. All our actios should be decided based on how things better serve us.

Well they have to. The rag tag police even failed to investigate small theft cases how can they solve terrorism cases.

On the other hand FIA is only good at nabbing smugglers so ultimatly ISI has to be handed over complext things to work on.

Above all in case of Marriot hotel bombing well Rehman Malik has been exposed after his lie about any planed dinner for cabinet members at the blast site which was an utter lie.
