only british nationals are allowed into the airport or people from other countries visiting england can also buy ticket and enter the airport or they require some security clearance....and is touching airplane allowed?like with hand checking out the surface..texture and paint?

On public days you are not allowed inside the trade halls and near the planes..I went on Enthusiast day..For that you need to apply online and declare your details,such as what you do and other basic information,and then they send you an invitation in email or post..Its open to all nationalities.
But you get to touch the planes on enthusiast day only..same for the technology/Trade halls.

Anyone can buy a ticket and enter. There are designated public days over the weekend and an enthusiasts day on Friday. This year, the number of flying displays were lower than those of previous years. There were also more flying displays on public days compared to the enthusiast's day.

About getting close to the planes, some groups will give you guided tours (ex: Lockheed Martin had F16, F18, F15 and a helicopter), some are invitation only (hawk), some don't even bother maning the displays on public days (Eurofighter). You could also take a tour of the insides of the A380. I was quiet disappointed with this year's air show (I've been to 3 of them now).

This is the simple cooling system that keeps the electronics of a SAM or Air to air missile from Burning during flight..
An engineer explained it to me...Nitrogen or any other gas is stored under very high pressure in the cylinder and as soon as the missile is fired,the gas is released at once..Gas expands and cools so much that it becomes liquid..This liquid gas evaporates and keeps the electronics cool..
