For once i would agree with what they say here. Saudis have been riding their high horse for too long, that derogatory remark about Pakistan from GCC shouldn't have happened. They could've solved the issue quietly and nicely in back channel. It puts Pakistan in a tough spot. Cannot alienate the GCC, but Iran is our immediate neighbor and if they do get a relief from Sanctions, it would mean a whole lot more mess for everyone. Saudis lost their game when Americans and Europeans refused to adhere to their demands of not letting sanctions be removed from Iran.

Pakistan has a population more than FIVE times the entire GCC. Even if it gets remittances and other monies from the GCC. The sheer gall these Saudis have to openly ask for cannon meat and then being angry is beyond disgusting. No, Iran will not do anything in the region if sanctions are removed. Perhaps assist Assad more. But Pakistan and IRan will become closer and closer. That's what happens if you trade. Energy and good. Yeah baby.

Participating through the supply of weapons/military advisers that is paid for with loads of the dam Yankee dollar was refused by Pakistani Parliament.
