You do not download using the Tor network. You find the torrent file using the Tor network. Also, most sites which are blocked will open through Tor. Once you have the torrent file you download it using the normal network.

yes. only issue is, it switches off scripts and keeps jumping ips. So your banking website may keep logging you off. I have never used it for banking. But rest of the 'private' stuff. Yea. Its cool.
