Party Presidents are not elected by a nation where as the PM is .... I'm really shocked to see the kind of argument you have been doing ....

BS- all parties have power structures that are respected. Case in point Communists- majority of the members of the politburo are rarely elected, yet the PM/ CM is expected to do what the politburo decides. PM is not necessarily the highest member of the Party, the idea that he is subordinate to a higher decision making body is accepted as valid around the world. The PM is only first among equals sent there to implement the agenda that the Party has been elected to implement.
