Speculation seems centered on GSE being the main fault. Probably the umbilicals?

If the investigation confirms this and no fault is found in the rocket itself then SpaceX could be launching again sooner rather than later.

I'm still pessimistic on end of the year launches from another pad though. Repairing the pad will take a while.

Thankfully so far SpaceX customers don't seem to be jumping ship.

Trying locking yourself up in a toilet for a week and then come out for a press conference...they didn't take a hotel suite up there.
You know you can actually ask the guys at your own space agency,ISRO(unless you believe they are 'in' on the conspiracy too) to shoot a laser exactly where the Astronauts said they placed reflectors and the light will bounce back...you can go and ask old soviet cosmonauts who saw their agency track the entire mission.
And why nobody went there since....it cost $30bn in the 70s...it would cost around $110 billion today...thats more than twice your defence budget....that is around $30 billion more than Russia's defence budget...anyone can go there....but no one can afford it.

I know that, but its hard to believe they did in 60s and these things can be placed later its not a big deal, specially when its about national pride. They will never ever come out with truth.

Well it was a political move, all the nation were behind it and since then unmanned mission could do the job as well but a lot cheaper so why send humans?
Be assured there won't be any manned flight to the moon unless they find a way to do it a lot cheaper .

By the way they dont need much of electronic to do the calculation, they did them on earth and the satellite was on a preplanned flight and the distance was not too high . the moon is actually inside earth gravitional field so they didn't need too much of of calculation.

Its not cheaper, for today technology and it won't become cheaper until we find something aside from rocket engine to send it to space.or we start the mission outside earth orbit for example we manage to build the space craft outside earth atmosphere ..

and what Chinese can gain by sending a manned mission to moon. as far as I'm aware they are calculating people and wont participate in useless competitions that has no benefit for them.
