He did it again, it was big, mouthful, and rotten of course. What else he could do, it is the nature of the beast, eats beyond it can take and then vomits, all over. This is the best how one can comment on “US President’s South Asia policy speech”. They left in a hurry from Afghanistan when Soviets were defeated without helping their allies to place a stable government in Kabul. The second time it happened, when they drifted in the middle of war after 9/11 for a misadventure in Iraq. Only to create more mess then they could clean up, this time in Middle East. His predecessor, during both his terms, continued with a policy of “pulling out but not as yet”. He even gave a date of withdrawal then backed out, like a lean, clumsy thug, he continued. But Trump, he is a class above!!!

When he was running for the office they were chanting the slogans of ‘withdrawal’ and ‘America First’, when he took over the office he not only dropped the idea, he even dropped US $300 million worth of the largest non-nuclear bomb in Afghanistan, which resulted in the death of almost 100 ISIS men and supporters. In accounting terms that amounts to around US $3 million/kill; it must have hurt the tax payers in US where a bewildered Trump has fought tooth and nail for cutting on Obama’s healthcare bill. More than that it sent tremors in US state department which is suffocated for fueling its clandestine missions all over the world. Now he wants to increase the number of troops further. Does it mean that US has put its heart and mind into eliminating ISIS Khurasan (ISIS’ Afghanistan chapter) and its affiliates? If I were you, knowing USA, I wouldn’t draw such a conclusion! While Obama in his first presidency openly declared that he wanted to put an end to the aimless war in Afghanistan, he still ended up increasing the number of troops in Afghanistan. For Trump it is not much different. Does this mean that the world’s ‘super power’ has run out of options in Afghanistan like its foreign policy in the rest of Asia or it is a decoy for some other policy objectives?

When Russian journalists were reporting that US helicopters were not engaging ISIS troops on top of Torabora mountain range in Afghanistan near Pak-Afghan border, it raised many questions! Perhaps in the garb of $3 million/kill-showoff, USA was herding ISIS towards Pakistan for sabotaging China Pakistan Economic Corridor (CEPEC). With Indian and Afghan intelligence agencies at the forefront providing rhetoric, financial, technical, and weapons’ support to distorted-minds keen for a deranged Jihadist target in Pakistan, they will continue to sting unless cowed down well. It is no conspiracy theory, for those who know, it is so clear, like a textbook case for USA’s counter-insurgents. One can draw many parallels for this kind of American action. Not long ago, how American troops pulled out from its check posts in Nouristan province in Afghanistan to accommodate absconding Mullah Fazlullah of TTP to help his group plan its terrorist attacks against Pakistan is a well-known and a well-established fact. Similarly, USA in Middle East stopped ISIS to expand further towards Southern Iraq and pushed it towards Syria while keeping open the sales of oil from ISIS to allow it fund the war. How YPKK was taken off the UN-Terror List to engage and fund it in Syria is a fact too. This is an old trick in the ‘toolkit of treachery and deceit’ that USA and UK have used many a times to make conditions ripe for a rival warring group to naturally choose another target that fits the USA or UK plots. This is how they use shallow minds as their agents.

What else can explain US policy in South Asia region? ‘We are going out’ no ‘we are staying back’, one step outwards many inwards that’s US policy in Afghanistan for the last 16 years. It seems the war economy in Afghanistan comprising of corrupt Afghan regime sitting in Kabul and US war bureaucracy while minting money from both hands in collusion with RAW’s insurgency operators like Col KalboshanJadeve in Pakistan are sucking US tax-payers money from this longest ever US war. They don’t want this war to end. The billion dollar question is that if Pakistan could complete its end of the bargain by clearing its ground from organized terrorist outfits, while paying a heavy price in terms of losses to human life and property, with its meager resources; why US with its NATO and Indian allies, with deep pockets, did not achieve the same results in Afghanistan? In the face of poor commitment, having lot of financial burden, fighting an aimless and endless war, Trumps ‘America First’ slogan has gone down the drain. In one breath he claimed to fight Taliban in the other he wanted them to negotiate and share power with them! Behind the curtains he wants a ride back home. From diplomatsin Islamabad to children playing downtown Bhatti Gate everyone knows the principle, ‘if you offer your back - everyone will ride’!Only this time he wants OUR back to ride on!

But rest assured, Insha-Allah, like their all previous policies, they will do it again, first they vomit then swallow it back. Not far away in Korean Peninsula the trumpeted policy of USA is a multifarious failure too. Even a child understands that USA has no military options against Pyongyang. USA can’t fight a war against NK as American bases in South Korea and Japan are within NK’s nuke range. So, why did the C-in-C send its aircraft carrier when it could do nothing, while Pyongyang test fired its ICBMs and other strategic hardware? The dump we know, rose American expectation level high enough that when NK defied by firing missiles all Americans felt the embarrassment for doing nothing while making large claims. This is the process of deflating a super power. It will fasten up by the grace of Almighty Allah when the Breaking News would say, “Drone is down! Drone is down near Pak-Afghan border area”! Also, recall how he expressed himself when Putin declared 755 US diplomats persona non grata; Trump showed his gratitude as declared that he already wanted to cut his ambassadorial and diplomatic staff all over the world. By Allah, what a disgrace!

Besides, what foreign policy can one expect from a country whose war ships continue to hit other ships in international waters? Imagine, how on earth two ships could collide, not during rush hours somewhere in downtown New York but in vast open waters and not once but four times only in last eight months. What a navy, trying so hard to drown! Having said that, what one can say of the Indian Pundits who are boarding the vessel that is trying so hard to sink!! Moodi must be very welcome on this US sinking boat especially in South Asia where all others are jumping out. How romantic! Birds of the same feather drown together.

By the way, have you heard the latest travel instructions issued by US State Department to all American citizens on-board an international flight? It says, “Be Cautioned! Don’t disclose your nationality to fellow passengers! You will be the prime target for mugging in the plane. ‘Cause everyone would say “O’, so you are the goof who chose the goon as your leader!”

International politics, they say, is about managing good relations with your neighbors, and of course you don’t choose your neighbors, but it gets complicated when they say that ‘America is everyone’s neighbor’. Fortunately, this statement has lost its bite, at least for South Asia. United States should understand that its presence in South Asia is only an excess baggage which no one wants to carry; those who carried it in the past have already carried them a bit too far andthose who are carrying it now are ripping it off! In case of US-India relations, however, one finds it hard to establish who is whose excess baggage???

USA has funded Isis, Al-Nusra in Syria.

• $300 million figure isn't correct, Moab (Massive ordnance Air Blast) costs around $160k :/

you can literally buy four F-35 fighter jets with $300 million.

• 100 Isis fighters were killed + it includes more thn 15 Indian terrorists •_•
(15+ Indians killed in afg) -- (Indians reported killed in U.S. MOAB bombing)

• rest of the article is spot on.
