If true, this is amazing. Kudos to this guy.

What happens if citizens - in any given country - simply donate to the national exchequer to pay off the debt ? Is it allowed or does it have any consequences as such ?

Invest in Pakistani industries in the stock market instead.. It will help that industry, create jobs, increase growth which will overall help in repaying the debt.. And he will also get the return. Win win.

And according to your tiny little brain army doesn’t give tax?

I’m not fukin sorry to inform you that all soldiers pay income tax on their salary.. and than some !
(Despite Pak military pay being the worst in the sub continent)...

Apart from army , Fauji foundation group is Paks biggest tax payer... which is essentially a charity that looks after retired, disabled and families of martyred troops.

I said that since he individually wants to contribute, he should contribute in stock market. He is giving away charity, so he won't care even if the stock doesn't perform wel and he loose his money. But the industry will receive his money as investment and they can utilize that money to create more money which will overall help the economy more rather than giving donations which is prone to corruption and when we take inflation and other things in consideration, the money is decreasing every passing second. If the stock perform well, he will get good return on investment as well rather than only helping the country.. He can again send that money back to the stock market.
