Every Pak child is an artist therefore Pakistan is better thanl to 1000 of CPECs

Picasso is quoted as having said that “every Pak child is an artist” and I would agree, the challenge is how 2 remain 1 when you grow up. Here r the solution I am suggesting.

Mind Development for creativity is the need of hour to Pak - The Road to self-Actualization only accomplished if govt of Pakistan start to give 3000 to every Pakistani citizen each month. The total amount spend by that will stand only 15% of the total budget for Pakistan. But that act will free the people to just think for bread and butter, they will become creative Pakistani as they will abandon to think for food/bills ect after 3000 money .
Imagine 200 million creative Pakistani. What will happen in the world? It will be entire new world with lot inventions and creativity.

rather to pay in $ if paid in local currency than 72 billion is nothing.
