Actually Egypt is planning to buy 24 Rafales with weapons etc.
The deal could be signed by the end of the week or the next week..... (if everything's good)

In 3 months,2 major deals (worth ~9billions$)
@flamer84 Didn't our "brothers" from a country that we know very well say that no one will trust us with the Mistral "saga",that nobody will consider us as a reliable partner,so no deal...

French defence equipment is of high quality and it is also expensive. I guess quality comes at a price.

French equipment is ok- nothing special. What allows them to sell is that they are relatively independent and do not much care what the US thinks.

In the EU, Germany has better tanks and submarines and the UK makes better planes and ships.
