Installed renewable capacity amounted to 52,353 MW out of a total capacity of 98,493 MW

-- Windpower investments reached $13 billion with 10,014 MW of installed capacity

AKKUYU Nuclear Power Plant is rising to be opened in 2023


The first unit of the power plant which will have a total installed capacity of 4,800 megawatts, is planned to be commissioned in 2023
The remaining 3 units are planned to be operational by the end of 2026, one year apart.

More than a Factory: Turkiye breaks ground for 1st domestic car plant


Turkey’s first domestic car plant was held in northwestern Bursa province, dubbed the country’s automotive capital

The plant will host the indigenous car engineering, design and production center.

TOGG factory is expected to be completed in 18 months and will start mass production in 2022 with an annual capacity of 175,000 vehicles

TOGG will produce five different models – sport utility vehicle (SUV), sedan, c-hatchback, b-SUV and b-MPV – until 2030 and own all intellectual and industrial property rights
